Terms of sale
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") apply to all sales concluded by SAS CSN, operating under the trade name Casa Grimaldi, specializing in ready-to-wear clothing sales, with its head office located at 4 Rue Grimaldi, 06000 Nice, France (hereinafter referred to as "Casa Grimaldi" or "we"), with consumers or professionals (hereinafter referred to as "the Client" or "you"), whether in-store or via our website.
2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order with Casa Grimaldi, you accept these T&Cs without reservation. Casa Grimaldi reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time, with the applicable conditions being those in effect on the date of the order.
3. Products
Casa Grimaldi offers ready-to-wear items for sale. The essential characteristics of the products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Product photographs are not contractual.
4. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery fees. Casa Grimaldi reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Orders
Orders can be placed:
- In-store
- On our website: www.casagrimaldi.fr
The Client's validation of the order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Any order will only be considered final after confirmation by Casa Grimaldi.
6. Payment
Purchases can be paid for:
- In-store: by credit card, cash, or any other payment method accepted in-store.
- Online: by credit card or any other payment method available on the website.
Products remain the property of Casa Grimaldi until full payment of the price.
7. Delivery
Products can be delivered within mainland France. Delivery fees and times are indicated at the time of ordering. Casa Grimaldi cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
8. Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current legislation, the Client has a 14-day period from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason or incurring penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
9. Warranties and Liability
Casa Grimaldi is committed to providing products that comply with applicable regulations and are free of defects. In the event of non-compliance, Casa Grimaldi will, at its discretion, replace or refund the product.
Casa Grimaldi cannot be held liable for failure to comply with the laws of the country where the products are delivered, for misuse of the product, negligence, or lack of maintenance on the part of the Client.
10. Protection of Personal Data
Casa Grimaldi collects and processes the Client's personal data in accordance with its privacy policy available on the website. The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Casa Grimaldi website and products are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
